With an academic background in natural language programming and AI, Niall began his career as a software engineer before moving into consulting. This led to experience in a wide range of roles, including business analysis, product management, service design, project management, solution architecture, and many more.
In addition to founding and leading Veriteer, the global change agency, Niall serves as strategy advisor to a collection of global brands with revenue in excess of $250bn.
Niall is a leading thinker on business strategy, organisational effectiveness, and customer centricity, and has written a number of seminal articles on business change.
