Armand Iliescu joined the Romanian business publication Wall-street.ro in 2016, covering FinTech and Finance. As Head of Growth at Future Banking, he launched FinTech Friday, co-hosted the Future Banking podcast, and helped create Romania’s first FinTech Map.
Since 2020, he has been leading ecomTEAM, one of Romania’s most important events dedicated to e-commerce, organized by Wall-street.ro, which is set to celebrate its 15th edition in 2025. In 2024, he expanded the ecomTEAM brand by launching a spin-off focused on the Fashion and Beauty industries, transforming the event into a twice-yearly format.
